Before we left for the France trip, one of the moms called my mom to see if I might be interested in taking some senior shots of her daughter while we were on the trip. Dont ask me why no one thought of that before -- what a cool idea to have the Eiffel Tower in the background of your senior pictures...
I wasnt sure what kind of sport C would be about the whole idea...let's face it, not all teenage girls think their mothers' ideas are good ones. (Dont ask me how I might know that...but I think I hear my mom laughing all the way in Dayton...) But it turns out C was completely up for it and humored me every single time I said "hang on! stand right here...it's pretty here!!" The one challenge was that we were at the mercy of wherever we happened to be...meaning it was too sunny sometimes, too crowded, covered in scaffolding.... But in the end, we got a lot of good shots of her and it was a lot of fun. Or at least I had fun. And she humored me. ; )
